PRESQUE ISLE, Maine—Dylan Ouellette recently joined the Wintergreen Arts Center Board of Directors.
Dylan is a Maine-based ceramics artist. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the University of Maine at Presque Isle (UMPI) and is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from the Maine College of Art & Design in Portland.
Dylan currently serves as the ceramics, sculpture, and design foundations instructor for UMPI. He is invested in developing the Aroostook County community and has even taken it into his art practice by harvesting local clay.
Dylan is no stranger to the Wintergreen Arts Center. During his early undergraduate years, Dylan held the student representative seat on Wintergreen’s Board of Directors.
“It is great to have Dylan back on our Board,” said Danielle Rae Clark, Wintergreen’s board chair. “His creativity, energy, and positive outlook have always made Wintergreen a better community arts center. We look forward to working with him again and learning from his perspective of the arts in Aroostook County.”
