Founded in 2006, Wintergreen is a nonprofit organization based on the idea that creativity, advocacy, and community can produce greate things. Our mission: Stimulating creativity and curiosity through the arts in Aroostook County.

Our Programming:
Our current programming includes our After School Arts Program, Under the Willow Tree Creative Preschool, Saplings (Outdoor Learning), Summer Arts Camps, Wintergreen Kids News Network, Tween Art, First Friday Art Walk (Gallery Exhibitions), and more. Each of these opportunities is geared toward helping participants discover, explore, and express their creativity.
I visited the Wintergreen Arts Center for the first time to view a friend’s art show. Very nice space and they do a lot of cool art programs for young and old alike.
